[Bug 25407] Office 2007 SP2 installer reports success but fails to install some components

Ok, so as for 1.3.17, after applying patch
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=33928 for issue
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26650 , both service packs are
installable in `wine office2007sp1-kb936982-fullfile-pl-pl.exe and wine
office2007sp2-kb953195-fullfile-pl-pl.exe` way. MSO.DLL is reported as
12.0.6425.1000, as winword.exe is. 

Save as PDF/XPS seem to be installed and to work correctly. 

We still lack the feature of ODF support, other features will be tested.
