K-Meleon 1.70a2 doesn't crash under Windows.

Test can't be the same under wine, and I say again, this way to start isn't
usable under under Windows, all other versions (1.5.4, 1.6.0b2) work under
Ubuntu and 1.7.0 work if I launch it from within the folder.

So, I really think of wine or perhaps ms runtime dll / fake dll ...

I, if someone explain how to do, can report wine debug traces.
