No, I generated the panel on a real Windows 7 system. On Wine SIV reports
nothing about connect.dll and on the initial page there is a grey blob to the
left of Processor with a tool tip that says "Internet Access Unknown for
\\<name>".

I was copying over the .DLLs to try and get this to work.
