This should work better now, with some workarounds:

0. install .NET 2.0
1. wine reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Net Framework Setup\NDP\v2.0.50727" /v
Version /d "2.0.50727" /f
2. set windows version to win2k
3. WINEDLLOVERRIDES=regsvcs.exe,mscorsvw.exe=b wine NetFx20SP2_x86.exe
