[Bug 25681] wine iexplore.exe cannot open png files directly

Still in wine-1.3.17-301-gba2bcaf

though more annoying now, since winemenubuilder registered png to iexplore in
gnome, so trying to open png files opens a blank iexplore window instead of
Image Viewer/Gimp. Grumble.
