Conlin McRae Rally, Direct3D Mode - black screen with correct 2D UI

Being a Pre Direct X 6 Game, CMR ask the user for specific details for the 3d
videocard. Options available are Riva 128, Rendition II, Matrox G100, and
Generic. Such test were done with "Generic Video Card" selected.
