Well I've tried a ReiserFS 3.6 for a WINEPREFIX so we can discount that, at
least.

Removing +relay probably won't tell us a great deal.  You could try splitting
it.

That should be resolved duplicate as the cause, whatever it is, is obviously
the same.

Try just wineboot, if problem exists try
rm -rf ~/.wine ; WINEDEBUG=+file wineboot &> wineboot.log
