--- Comment #9 from Richard Knox <knox at knox-data.com> 2011-04-20 21:10:14 CDT ---
I understand item is closed/abandoned

Thought I'd report to you interesting miscellaneous stuff

I'm running Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110322
Fedora/3.6.16-1.fc14 Firefox/3.6.16

I installed plug in to change user agent.

I worked - kinda. Am now able to log on the site, but when I ask it to prepare
a report it refuses and tellm me I must Adobe reader installed (it is
installed). Appartntly to the site it looks like I have Internet Explorer but
do not have Adobe Reader installed. Maybe the way firefox + plug in functions
does not replicate how the original IE functions, in this regard.

I tried winetricks firefox 4 and it works a tiny bit better but not completely.
It gives me the site, allows me to log on, but when I request the report it
tells me that this feature is only available on Internet Explorer - but that
some day soon it will be available on firefox. Apparently to the site I look
like firefox running on the Mac.

But I still have win98 on my #2 disk - not that hard to boot once a week.

Thanks so much for your attention

Dick
