Patch to allow Toki Tori to run in fullscreen.

This patch seems to fix the bug for me.  It basically reverts most of commit
a59d0f45c1ab26c4754c9eb5d8c730a5dc997ba1.  Unfortunately, that causes it to
also fails a couple tests.  However, if it works for anyone else, at least
we'll have a better idea of where to start looking.
