[Bug 23257] TAGAP: mouse input doesn't work

Things have changed again in wine-1.3.18-233-gcff8753: the mouse pointer is
completely stuck in the middle of the screen. Additionally, mouse buttons don't
work any more in the current git version.
In previous versions I was able to choose an option in the menu via keyboard
and pressing the left mouse button activated the selected option. Now only
keyboard works.

Terminal output has changed, too, now it's showing only a couple of lines:

Note, the
fixme:dinput:SysMouseWImpl_Acquire Clipping cursor to (0,0)-(800,600)
line has disappeared.
