Hi there, nice to see that obscure old games receive some tender loving care by
the wine team!
There was a demo here:

that says it requires directx3 (d/l link dead) so not sure what you have. The
version I tried was the original game with the gold update (it adds 3d hardware
acceleration to the game for 3dfx cards and something else)
once I get my linux box up and running (just managed to screw everything trying
to instal gnome 3 and I lost my linux cd! thank god for windows!) and manage to
get a demo of i76 and reinstall everything I will write back.
