Talking about Debian, you know they have removed their .deb package for
Bugzilla from their repositories, right?

So depending on the Debian version you will upgrade to, you will have to
install Bugzilla using the official tarballs from http://www.bugzilla.org
(maybe that's what you do already; I don't know :))
