I see the same problem since 1.3.27. Those apps/games which require native msvc
libraries don't work any more. They are complaining about unimplemented stuffs
even though the native versions of msvc dlls are installed and they're set to
native in winecfg's libraries tab.
Creating a clean/new wineprefix with the reverted commit makes the apps/games
work again.
