Yes & confirming. Tested under 1.3.34 and MT4 still shows the black rows. Steps
to reproduce:
 1. install Meta Trader v4
 2. winetricks mfc42
 3. wine MetaEditor.exe

The problem is fully solved by:
 * winetricks corefonts
