Still failed to login ICBC with wine-1.3.34-39-g95f81d1 ( force
use_gecko_script=false)

$ sha1sum icbc_netbank_client_controls.exe

$ WINEDEBUG=+jscript,+mshtml wine iexplore

Here is what I can see in the jscript trace, not sure whether it is harmful:
warn:jscript:throw_error L"Object doesn't support this property or method"
