Good news to the fans of Tex Murphy games: at last Overseer starts and runs
fine in the latest git version (wine-1.3.34-39-g95f81d1). I tested with the
GOG.com version of the game.

The commit that fixed the problem:

You should stick to the default Opengl renderer when starting Overseer, because
ddr=gdi causes a crash on launch.

Please re-test with wine-1.3.34-39-g95f81d1 (or newer) and report back what you
find.
