Marking FIXED (the game starts correctly in wine-1.3.34-202-gb0f704d with the
default opengl renderer).

A crash does occur with ddr=gdi, but that must be a different problem. I see
the same problem with other games as well if I change the renderer to gdi in
the registry. The crash is always preceded by these messages:
err:ddraw:d3d7_CreateDevice The application wants to create a Direct3D device,
but non-opengl surfaces are set in the registry.
err:ddraw:d3d7_CreateDevice Please set the surface implementation to opengl or
autodetection to allow 3D rendering.
