LANoire.exe log upon launching with fatal error displayed.

I also end up with this on the call stack:

 0x7BD88158 Cant get line (lanoire)
 0x7BD88158 Cant get line Cant get module
 0x7BD88158 Cant get line (lanoire)
 0x7BD88158 Cant get line Cant get module

I'm not sure as to why the game didn't detect the settings.ini file like what
cruiseoverride posted.
