I can't reproduce the wineserver crash (either with or without the
SetNamedPipeHandleState patches) anymore, will file a bug if I can reproduce it
again. 

It's difficult for me to test this bug at this time, since the google ip is
randomly blocked by the China GFW. I'll retest it later.
