Leaving aside integration with Samba, which won't happen for a while,
I don't see that an interim implementation of named pipes that
need two fd's per pipe would be any more vulnerable than the
current situation; you can already cause fd starvation if you realy
want to.

Something that get pass the python tests and made Asassin's Creed Brotherhood
work would be very nice, even if it wasn't sufficient for all purposes.
