             Bug #: 29375
Summary: Collins Concise German Dictionary crashes on startup
                    [regression]
           Product: Wine
           Version: 1.2.3
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: -unknown
        AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
        ReportedBy: bertran63 at hotmail.com
    Classification: Unclassified

I am using Ubuntu Oneiric. I was previously able to get the abovementioned
program to run on Wine. However, after an update, I realised that launching the
program and trying to get to the dictionary window (From the Trial window,
click 'not yet' or something similar) results in a program crash and a wine
notification saying that the problem could be with wine or with the program.

The versions of wine1.2 and wine1.3 available for Ubuntu Oneiric cause the same
problem. There are no problems installing, but it is impossible to launch the
program after installation.

I've tried downgrading my wine version and I have determined that the program
works on version 1.1.42. The program also runs fine on Crossover.

I've attached a copy of the trial installer executable.
