Still present in Wine 1.3.35 and in the standard trial demo version of
CrossOver.
I attempted to install it from the upgrade CD.  My OS is Ubuntu 11.10. Hangs at
"Publishing product information" on Dreamweaver installation.  After ending the
installation processes with System Monitor, Dreamweaver is installed and seems
to work, but I was unable to install the very important downloadable upgrade to
version 8.0.2. Fireworks is installed and starts to run but crashes after the
splash screen.
