I can reproduce this with wine-1.3.34 and Intel Sandybridge graphics when using
-dxlevel 90. With dxlevel 81, the menu displays properly.

I've captured traces using apitrace, and I can replay the dxlevel 90 trace on
an r600g system where it displays properly, leading me to believe that this is
the fault of the Intel driver.
