Mainly cross compilation in jailed env, binary compiled with official lib (some
bug in case of mingw32 for linux). Here it's mainly to compil Qt program, and 
use compiled version (not compil it, and have problem with anybody which use
the official version to do plugin for my application).

The env variable which I had need is: WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid
