You put native copies of those DLLs in Wine's system32 directory first, right?
Just adding overrides won't do anything if there are no native DLLs to load.
Also, the dependencies for native shell32 can vary depending on the version
used (some versions might not work at all). I used shell32.dll from XP SP3.
