I got a copy of the game and installed it, and it works for me - at least after
installing the 1.2.1 update. Did you install the patch? Note that the patcher
doesn't work in wine(bug 13387), so you have to install on Windows, patch
there, and then copy the Crysis files over the installation of the game on
Wine.
