I get the same error at uninstalling SolidWorks 2010. I use
wine-1.3.12-272-g2d6b748

err:rpc:I_RpcGetBuffer no binding
err:ole:OleLoadPicture IPersistStream_Load failed
err:msi:msi_load_picture failed to load picture
err:msi:msi_dialog_bitmap_control Failed to load bitmap L"NewBinary1"
