How did you make the debug log?  If you used WINEDEBUG=+relay,
that might be a bit much.  Try WINEDEBUG=+msi.
Also, compress the log with rzip (best) or some other compressor (bzip2 or
gzip).
If it's still too big to attach, upload it to some file transfer site
and past the download info here.
