There is empty list in owerrided dll`s, so wine uses builtin library. Also,
there is no place where wine can find native library, I didn`t download it :).

Can you try to start HeidiSQL on your system, please? It can be downloaded from
http://www.heidisql.com/download.php . Program is free. I want to know, does
this bug appear only in my system.
