I can confirm this bug using wine 1.3.13.
Despite the "clipboard improvements" described in the release notes, it seems
to be present in this version as well.
In order to reproduce it:
Open DnaSP;
File->Open...;
Select one of the example files (in this case I used COII_Apes.nex). Click
close after opening the file;
Analysis->Tajima's test...;
Leave all the default options and click "OK";
Select some text from the output, right click and select "Copy";
DnaSP should crash now.

Attached are the last 7M lines of WINEDEBUG +relay +seh + tid.
