I confirm that this bug is present in Wine 1.3.13. 

I also noticed that after playing some time the screen turns black, HUD is OK,
no crash, I can play, but I don't see cities, terrain, troops. It happens after
ending turn.
The problem disappears if I use winetricks msxml3. Should I open new bug for
this or would it be duplicate of this bug?
