If the D3DXCreateEffectCompiler stub is not the issue, then please attach the
log that the application produces. While Wine should prefer the native d3dx9
DLLs over builtin, make sure your prefix contains the native DLLs, and it may
not hurt to add explicit overrides for all of them either.
