[Bug 25659] mshtml:activex tests cause a timeout on some wine machines

It hangs because 32-bit version of npmshtml.dll is not properly installed in
WOW64. It is handled the same way as regular DLLs and ends up in syswow64
directory instead of syswow64/gecko/plugin. I don't see how we can fix it with
current wineprefix creation procedure.
