What is the status of RawDeviceInput for Wine?  I've browsed the forum, the bug
list, and the developer's To-Do list, and although there is an item regarding
relative mouse position versus absolute mouse position, there is nothing
currently planned for RawDeviceInput, but there are at least 4 open bugs for
games that is affected by not having RawDeviceInput implemented.

Is there no generalized solution to this problem because of the
relative/absolute mouse position issue?  It seems a lot of games each has its
own patch to support RawDeviceInput.
