In wine-1.3.13-315-gd9d4323 with Mono 2.8.1, the installer itself fails to
start with:

err:mscoree:CLRMetaHost_GetRuntime Mono is missing L"v1.1.4322" runtime

Apparently Mono dropped support for .NET 1.1 apps as of version 2.8, so I guess
there isn't much hope to get this working.
