if you use the command line from an X shell, the console output should be in
that shell with the "new" behavior (you shouldn't need to use wineconsole)
can you post the output of (assuming you're using bash):

WINEDEBUG=+server wine CrysisWars/Bin32/CrysisWarsDedicatedServer.exe -mod MWLL
-root C:/Program Files/CrysisWars/server +exec server.cfg 2> err
grep -n console err > err1
grep -n process err > err2

and post the err1 and err2 files
