Last 100k lines of WINEDEBUG=+mshtml,+shdocvw,warn+heap, rzipped

This is a followon to bug 16551.  The app installs fine.
Won't run unless you do winetricks jet40 (I also did vcrun2005 and mdac28
first).
After that it starts fine.

When running under WINEDEBUG=warn+heap, it seems to crash
when you select the bottom-most item in the main window
"Download free available cabinet libraries"
and then click on the first library.
