This is not a wine bug, please read the output it actually tells you what is
wrong.

err:winediag:X11DRV_WineGL_InitOpenglInfo Direct rendering is disabled, most
likely your OpenGL drivers haven't been installed correctly

Install your drivers propperly and the game should work.

Suggesting to close this bug as it is not a wine bug.
