This is the best enviornment for wine since all alsa applications are using
default device and no oss application when they removed oss emulation

Just need system preference to add an option to redirect all sound to a null
sink or to snd-dummy.

wine application can have exclusive access of the real alsa sound card
"front:0" or "surround51:0"
