Looks like I've touched on something highly technical.  What I can definitely
say is that the sound files used by Chip's Challenge do play properly OUTSIDE
of Wine.  If you enable any of the sound options in Chip's Challenge, Wine will
crash regularly - roughly every 10 minutes or so.
