Please leave initially set version field value, if you retested with newer
version add a comment about this.

For this particular bug I'm sure it still doesn't work cause external entities
currently suffer from win/nix path problem - libxml2 tries to derive a full
path from document base path that we never set cause we're using parsing from
memory.
