[Bug 25755] H&R block fails to install updates

wine is version 1.2.2-1ubuntu1~lucid1

I tried to copy the temporary files to another subdirectory.  Then tried to
execute msiexec with an escape character for the ampersand.  Maybe I'm doing it
wrong, but it still didn't work.
