I cannot confirm this with wine-1.3.10. Sound and animation resume in both full
screen and virtual desktop modes (in the latter case I need another window,
e.g. winemine, for Bink's window to notice that it lost focus).
Likewise when using /Z which supposedly tells BinkPlay to use WaveOut instead
of DirectSound.
Using binkplay 1.0 (bundled with Patrizier II and Port Royale).
Ubuntu Intrepid with on-board AC'97 sound and even PulseAudio (instead of ALSA
dmix).
