[Bug 25331] Visual C++ 2005 Express install fails

Additional git bisect testing shows, 

good - wine-1.3.4-112-g59c5bd2 October 5, 2010

The download from Microsoft stops before finishing so I have not been able to
test the installation on this one. I will try again tomorrow.
