Thanks a lot for your work, Roman! I implemented your workaround in KDE 4.4 and
now it works perfectly. Before that I had to click many times on the Fullscreen
button in KDE to restore it...

And as Alexandre says, it would be nice to find the root cause of the bug so
this can be fixed in Wine (eg without the KDE workaround).
