Take a look at RSV3_UG_Headset_English_(US).pdf

This mean that you have to select you audio device in mmsys.cpl

Under Sound Recording:

Windows 2000:

Select USB Audio Device as the Preferred Device.

Windows XP 

Select USB Headphone Set or USB Audio Device as the Default Device.



Under Sound Playback::

Windows 2000:

Select USB Audio Device as the Preferred Device.

Windows XP 

Select USB Headphone Set or USB Audio Device as the Default Device.


Windows Vista: 

Look for the device listed as Microphone : USB Audio device
Look for the device listed as Speakers: USB Audio Device.
