[Bug 19232] graphics in warhammer40k is not drawn and causes crashes

Hi HennR,

i had the crash on several occasions. Most of the times i could not find out,
what caused it.

One other thing i could reproduce:
- In Dow and DoW Winter Assault the game crashed when a scout died.
Reproducable by building a scout team, selecting it and pressing delete.
- In Dow Dark Crusade a dying Scout did not cause a crash.

I think the animation or engine has been updated in Dark Crusade in some way.
So it is not that easy to say.

But all DoW games crashed frequently for me until i changed the value in the
registry. I surely did no finish one single game before without a crash.
