I tried downloading the .cab files from the link specified in the above
document and only receive files about 110K in size.  The web site indicates
they should be ~9MB in size.  So don't know if a problem on my end or something
wrong with files on sourceforge.  The following is a dos list of the files
downloaded:

104,885 wine_gecko-1.2.0-beta1-x86.cab
107,805 wine_gecko-1.2.0-beta1-x86_64.cab
