Using the latest patch from aewi.info applied against git cloned on July 1,
2011, I frequently have Wow.exe get stuck on 'futex_wait_queue_me' thus hanging
the program.  This problem occurs primarily when I open in game menus (even
from the login screen) or when I swap back and forth from the Wow.exe window to
another window (ie: Console).

I have been unsuccessful in capturing a trace log up to the point of failure. 
Any attempt to set WINEDEBUG=+wgl changes the program timing to the point that
I can no longer cause the error to occur.
