Works for gui, unattended and partial install (if .NET 2.0 already installed in
WINEPREFIX).

It would be nice if you also fix .NET 2.0 SP2 installer that way.
The registry race is also present in SP2 recipe (leads to similar crash), needs
wineserver -k after winver_2k.
Additionally enable silent/unattended mode and handle returned errors same way
(105, ..)
